Seldin Company is seeking a Part Time Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician at Larimore Senior Residences apartment community in Omaha, NE This is a tax credit property with 45 units. This position will pay up to $23.00 an hour, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

What You Will Do
The Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician will diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs and provide exceptional customer service to the community's residents.
Skills and Requirements
  • Maintenance experience
  • Three to four years of related experience or training
  • Knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
  • Ability to work independently
  • EPA or HVAC certification is required
  • Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather
  • Be available for on-call maintenance schedule
