As our a Senior Analytics Analyst - Finance and Accounting, you'll support HID's success by:
  • Leading and executing complex financial analyses using modern analytics tools to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining models that enhance financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams-including Finance, Accounting, and IT-to deliver actionable business insights and automate workflows.
  • Translating large volumes of financial data into clear, concise reports and visualizations for executive leadership.
  • Staying current with emerging trends in analytics and financial technologies to recommend innovative solutions for business challenges.
  • Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence.

Your Experience and Background include:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related analytical role within a large and complex organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Oracle Analytics).
  • Demonstrated expertise with one or more financial consolidation systems (HFM,

  • Demonstrated expertise with one or more budgeting and planning systems (Oracle
  • EPM, Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, etc.)
