Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.
Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.   • Applies nursing process to direct patient care through assessment, analysis of collected data, development of a plan of care, and implementation and evaluation of effectiveness of nursing interventions/actions in relation to intended goal.
  • Provides adequate information and instruction to the patient, family and significant other.
  • Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, and self-care data, identifying educational needs.
  • Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age-appropriate care plans with the team.
  • Administers medication.
  • Ensures patient and staff safety.

Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am

Core Schedule: Week 1 Fri, Sat; Week 2 Sun, Mon; Week 3 Mon, Tue; Week 4 Mon, Tue

Job Requirements

Required:

  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS within 30 days
  • NRP within 6 months
  • ACLS within 6 months
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing

Preferred

  • Family Birth Place experience
