Job description

Description
Nebius Academy is an educational platform helping business professionals and operations teams stay ahead of the automation curve. We build specialized courses that teach practitioners how to design, implement, and scale AI-powered workflows using modern automation tools - from no-code platforms to enterprise-grade integrations.
Our programs are built for people who work in the real world: operations managers, business analysts, automation engineers, and digital transformation leads. We help them move beyond manual processes and become confident architects of intelligent workflows.
Our mission is to give professionals the knowledge and hands-on skills to automate smarter - and lead their organizations through the shift.
Who are we looking for?
We are building a talent pool of automation practitioners and business technology experts for ongoing roles as Instructors, Authors, and Subject Matter Experts in our AI Automation program.
We are looking for specialists across a range of seniority levels and focus areas:
  • Junior (Instructor / Technical Trainer) - 1-3 years designing or supporting automation workflows. Hands-on experience with tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n. Comfortable walking learners through workflows step-by-step with practical, repeatable examples.
  • Mid (Author / Automation Engineer) - 3-6 years implementing automation across business operations. Experience with API integrations, prompt engineering, and RPA platforms. Able to explain automation concepts clearly and debug issues in real time.
  • Senior (Subject Matter Expert / Automation Architect) - 6+ years in automation solution architecture, complex integrations, and large-scale project delivery. Experienced working with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Strong background in business analysis and digital transformation.

A strong candidate doesn't just know automation tools - they use them daily and can teach others to do the same. We look for practitioners who have replaced real manual processes with working solutions, not just people who have studied the theory.
These are Talent Pool positions - we continuously review applications and build our roster of experts. There may not be an immediate opening at the time you apply, but strong candidates will be added to our talent pool and contacted as relevant opportunities arise.
You can join us on a part-time basis (10-15 hours per week) as an instructor leading live sessions and workshops, as a course author creating learning materials, or as a subject matter expert supporting curriculum development.
Apply now - we review applications on an ongoing basis. Our selection process is fully asynchronous and designed to respect your time:
  1. Application Review - we evaluate your profile against our current needs
  2. Async Video Interview - a short self-recorded interview (10-15 minutes max)
  3. Test Assignment - approximately 1 hour to complete
  4. Talent Pool - finalists are added to our active roster of vetted experts
  5. Hiring Manager & Tech Expert Call - once a relevant position opens, we invite you to a live interview with our team
  6. Offer - we extend an offer for a relevant position upon successful completion of the process

Please submit your resume in English.
