Part-Time After School Teacher & Driver
2026-2027 School Year
Discovery Kidzone Montessori School is hiring Part-Time After School Teachers and Drivers for the upcoming school year beginning in August 2026.
We are looking for dependable, energetic team members who enjoy working with children and creating a positive, engaging environment after school each day. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, leading group activities, and helping children learn through play, creativity, and exploration.
Position Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Clean driving record required
  • Comfortable driving a 14-passenger van or small bus
  • Ability to actively participate in indoor and outdoor activities with children

Responsibilities
  • Safely transport children to and from local schools and scheduled activities
  • Supervise children and maintain a safe, supportive environment
  • Lead recreational activities, outdoor games, creative projects, and group experiences
  • Encourage positive social interactions and teamwork
  • Support children's independence, confidence, and problem-solving skills
  • Assist with snacks, restroom routines, and classroom transitions when needed
  • Communicate professionally with families and coworkers
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
