Job description

Part-Time Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator
Premier Medical Aesthetics – North Shore, Chattanooga, TN

Premier Medical Aesthetics is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at our North Shore location. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, providing exceptional customer service, and being part of a positive, team-oriented environment.

As the first point of contact for our practice, you will play a vital role in creating an outstanding patient experience while helping support the daily operations of our growing medical aesthetics practice.

Schedule

  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Two Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Approximately 20–25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and provide an exceptional patient experience
  • Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
  • Check patients in and out
  • Collect payments and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with patient follow-up and treatment plan coordination
  • Educate patients on skincare products, services, memberships, and promotions
  • Assist with retail sales and inventory management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment
  • Support providers and management with administrative tasks as needed
