Part-time aesthetics jobs involve providing beauty and skincare treatments, such as facials, waxing, and other non-surgical cosmetic services, on a part-time basis. These roles are often found in spas, salons, dermatology clinics, or medical aesthetics practices. Job description

Aesthetic Injector | Part-Time | Epiphany Clinic | American Fork, UT

We are so glad you found us!
Epiphany Clinic is a family-owned aesthetic and hormone clinic in American Fork, and honestly, we are pretty proud of what we have built here. We started this clinic because we believe people deserve more than a rushed appointment and a generic treatment plan. We believe they deserve to walk out feeling seen, cared for, and genuinely better than when they walked in.
That is what drives us every single day. And we are looking for someone who feels the same way.

What We Do
We provide elite aesthetic injections, cosmetic laser treatments, and medical weight loss services in an environment that feels more like a haven than a clinic. We move with intention, and learn constantly. We treat every patient like they are the only one on the schedule that day, because in the moment they are with us, they are.
We call it unhurried excellence, and we mean it.

The Role
Part-Time Aesthetic Injector, NP / PA / RN American Fork, UT | Some virtual visits for weight loss Minimum 16 hours per week across 2 days, with optional Saturday availability once a month
You will be administering cosmetic injectables and building real relationships with the people who trust us with their care. This is not a mill. We do not rush through patients. We take the time to do it right, every time.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Administer neuromodulators and dermal fillers including neurotoxins, filler, and biostimulators with skill and care
  • Build individualized treatment plans based on what is right for each patient
  • Educate patients on products and procedures with personalized guidance
  • Perform skin analysis and develop ongoing follow-up plans for each patient
  • Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation for every visit
  • Contribute to team meetings, continuing education, and social media content
  • Stay present with every patient

Who We Are Looking For
We want someone who is genuinely passionate about this work. Not just good at it, though we absolutely need that too. We want someone who gets excited about a beautiful result, who takes pride in making a nervous patient feel completely at ease, and who holds themselves to a high standard even when no one is watching.
We hire owners, not order takers. If you see something that needs to be done, you do it. If a patient needs something, you start it. You do not pass problems, you solve them. And you treat every single person who walks through our door with the kind of dignity and care that keeps them coming back for years.
You should bring:

  • Active NP / PA / RN licensure in Utah
  • Minimum of 2+years of cosmetic injection experience
  • Deep product knowledge and a genuine hunger to keep learning
  • The ability to communicate warmly, clearly, and confidently with patients
  • Strong documentation habits and solid clinical judgment
  • A team first attitude with zero ego
  • A willingness to contribute to social media content
  • A real love for what you do

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Employee discounts on clinic services and products
  • Annual continuing education funds available after six months
  • A team that actually likes each other and shows up for one another
  • A patient base that is loyal, growing, and genuinely grateful
  • A clinic culture built on dignity, for our patients and for each other
We also want to be transparent: this is a place where the standard is high and we are all held to it. We do not cut corners on care, we do not treat patients as transactions, and we do not settle for good enough. If that sounds like the environment you have been looking for, we would love to meet you.

A Note From Us
We built Epiphany because we care deeply about what it feels like to be a patient in a medical setting. We wanted to create something different. Something better. And the only way we can keep doing that is by finding people who share that same passion and want to grow with us for the long term.
If that is you, we would genuinely love to hear from you.
Send us your resume and a short note about why Epiphany feels like the right fit. We move quickly for the right person.
