We provide all training — you bring the heart.As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide one-on-one therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a supportive environment where growth and progress happen every day.
Pay: $22 - $27 / hour
*pay based on experience and certification levelShifts Available - Part-Time (Part-time team members must be available at least 10 hours per week. You may choose any combination of days Monday–Friday — you do not need to be available every day.):
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Work Environment: in-home, clinic, or in-school settings

Responsibilities- Implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies such as teaching new skills, encouraging independence, and reducing challenging behavior

Required Skills- No experience required- we'll help you get certified!
- Valid Driver's License and Insurance Required

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience with children, education, or caregiving preferred, not required - we’ll train you!
- Bachelor’s degree or interest in behavioral health, education, psychology, or childcare preferred
- Must be able to comfortably perform the following physical actions: move and/or lift up to 50lbs, walk, run, sit, push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch and turn, and play with kids.
