We welcome people with backgrounds of all levels, including teachers, paraprofessionals, coaches, as well as nannies, babysitters, caregivers, CNAs, camp counselors, retail and hospitality employees, or anyone who has supported someone with autism. We provide all training — you bring the heart.
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide one-on-one therapy to young adults, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a supportive environment where growth and progress happen every day. We support individuals of all ages!
Pay: $23 - $27 / hour    
*pay based on experience and certification level
(This is not a seasonal position. We are hiring for ongoing, long-term availability)Shifts Available (Monday–Friday) 
  • Part-Time (Part-time team members must be available at least 10 hours per week. You may choose any combination of days Monday–Friday — you do not need to be available every day.):
    • Candidates must have availability between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Availability during this window is required; however, scheduled shifts may vary in length and are based on client needs. Availability does not guarantee five-hour shifts or daily scheduling.
Work Environment: in-home, clinic, or in-school settings

Required Skills
  • No experience required- we'll help you get certified!

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience with children, education, or caregiving preferred, not required - we’ll train you!
  • Bachelor’s degree or interest in behavioral health, education, psychology, or childcare preferred
  • Must be able to comfortably perform the following physical actions: move and/or lift up to 50lbs, walk, run, sit, push, pull, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch and turn, and play with kids.
