At Holding Hands, our Behavior Technician team delivers impactful, one-on-one care that helps children, adolescents and adults grow, develop, and thrive. As a Behavior Technician, you'll provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across Clinic, Home, Community, and School settings while being supported by experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a collaborative clinical team.
Compensation & Benefits for Behavior Technician• $ 23-$25/hour Direct Therapy rate
• $300 sign-on bonus

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities as a Behavior Technician• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy as a Behavior Technician
• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and track client data accurately
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members
• Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
What We're Looking For
