This role is the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks. The position plays a vital role in maintaining an organized, efficient, and professional studio atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors with professionalism and friendliness.

  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage studio correspondence.

  • Manage class registration, tuition payments, and attendance tracking.

  • Maintain and update studio schedules, calendars, and client databases.
