 Front of House Coordinator | San Mateo, CA
Pay: $28/hour
Duration: 8-week contract with potential for extension
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (regular schedule) with occasional Mondays and Fridays as needed
About the Role
Are you someone who loves creating great first impressions and helping people feel welcome? We're looking for an upbeat, polished, and service-oriented Front of House Coordinator to be the face of our San Mateo office.
This highly visible role supports a workplace home to senior leaders, including our CEO. You'll play a key part in creating an exceptional employee and guest experience while helping keep daily office operations running smoothly.
 What You'll Do
As the go-to person for workplace support, you'll help create a professional, welcoming, and enjoyable office environment.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greet and assist employees, candidates, and visitors with a warm and professional approach
  • Monitor and respond to Slack messages and office-related requests
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting office environment
  • Restock snacks, beverages, and workplace supplies
  • Coordinate and support Boost Day lunch service on Tuesdays and Thursdays
  • Troubleshoot employee requests and connect team members with the appropriate workplace contacts
  • Manage guest check-ins through Envoy and respond to intercom notifications
  • Ensure every guest and employee has a positive experience from arrival to departure

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
