Reno Staffing is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist for a Health & Life insurance company in the South Reno area!

Shift: Monday-Thursday 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Some Saturdays as needed. 
Pay: $17-$19/hr. DOE

Summary:  
The Part-Time Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and customer service
support to the insurance agents and maintaining an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment.
This position serves as the first point of contact for many clients and is responsible for assisting with reception
duties, client communications, mailings, and maintenance of the agency's CRM database.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  
Other duties may be assigned.
  • Reception and Customer Service
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
    • Answer incoming telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Greet clients and visitors and assist them upon arrival.
    • Direct clients and visitors to the appropriate insurance agent.
    • Take messages and provide basic information when appropriate.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide general administrative support to insurance agents.
    • Assist with organizing office materials, supplies, and client communications.
    • Complete assigned administrative projects in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Assist agents with other office-related duties as needed.
  • Client Mailings and Communications
    • Assist the agents in coordinating client mailings (e.g. birthdays) throughout the year.
    • Assist with Open Enrollment communications and reminders.
    • Prepare and send Christmas and holiday cards.
    • Assist with other client correspondence, marketing materials, and agency mailings as assigned.
  • CRM Database Maintenance
    • Assist with maintaining and updating the agency's CRM database (Agencybloc).
    • Update existing client records as needed.
    • Help maintain accurate and organized client information and records.
    • Assist with identifying incomplete or outdated information when appropriate.
At the discretion of your lead or supervisor, you could be required to perform additional job related activities not specifically outlined above.
