We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-time Contracts Administrator to oversee contract lifecycle management while providing comprehensive legal support across our organization. This role combines transactional contract management, compliance oversight, risk mitigation and corporate legal support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises strong judgment and can balance administrative precision with strategic contract negotiation support.ย
Key Responsibilities
ยทย ย ย ย Draft, review, redline and negotiate a wide range of contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, collaboration agreements, licensing agreements, and professional services contracts.
ยทย ย ย ย Manage the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution, renewal and termination.
ยทย ย ย ย Develop, maintain, and update contract templates and clause libraries.
ยทย ย ย ย Track key contractual obligations, milestones and renewal deadlines.
ยทย ย ย ย Ensure proper version control and document management.
ยทย ย ย ย Partner with internal stakeholders (Business Development, Sales, Procurement, Finance, HR, Operations) to align contracts with business objectives.
ยทย ย ย ย Identify contractual and operational risks; propose mitigation strategies.
ยทย ย ย ย Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
ยทย ย ย ย Assist in developing and maintaining compliance programs.
ยทย ย ย ย Support audits and due diligence processes (internal and external).
ยทย ย ย ย Improve contract workflow processes and implement best practices.
Qualifications
ยทย ย ย ย Bachelorโs degree required; Paralegal or Contracts Management certification preferred.
ยทย ย ย ย Previous in-house or law firm experience preferred
ยทย ย ย ย 5+ years of experience in contract management and/or paralegal roles required.
ยทย ย ย ย Previous Data Privacy/Cyber Security contract negotiations preferred
ยทย ย ย ย Strong understanding of contract law principles, corporate governance and in-house legal support.
ยทย ย ย ย Experience negotiating and managing commercial agreements with minimal oversight.
ยทย ย ย ย Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
