Steve Brown Apartments is seeking a self-starter who is organized, genuine, results-driven, and well-spoken to join our accounting team this school year (August/September through May) and possibly beyond. What You'll Do. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on accounting and administrative experience in a supportive, professional, and fun work environment.Responsibilities:Accounts payable - enter invoices into accounting system, weekly check runReview leases and process paperworkProcess security deposit refundsAccurately support accounting tasks with attention to detailAssist with administrative duties as neededWhat It Takes. Successful candidates are quick learners with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. They are dependable, committed to accuracy, and bring a positive attitude that contributes to a collaborative team culture. Previous office or accounting experience is helpful but not required. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required. What You Get in Exchange. This is an hourly position starting at $17 per hour.
