Summary:

Create engaging 2D/3D motion graphics for digital, social, and in stadium content as a part-time contributor for the New York Mets. Collaborate with cross functional teams and leverage AI tools to deliver high quality, on brand visuals while supporting fast paced creative production.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design and animate 2D/3D motion graphics for videos, apps, web, and social content

  • Collaborate with art directors, writers, and engineers to bring creative concepts to life

  • Utilize AI tools (e.g., Runway, Kling, Open Ai, Gemini) to generate or enhance animation workflows and effects

  • Contribute to the development of templates and systems to streamline content production

  • Maintain brand consistency across all motion outputs

  • Stay up to date with trends in animation, generative media, and creative AI technologies

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5+ years of professional motion design experience

  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D or Blender

  • Solid understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling

  • Experience using AI tools for video editing, asset generation, or concept exploration

  • A compelling portfolio showcasing motion work and AI integration examples
