Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Precision Installation: Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom closet systems, premium cabinetry, and detailed trim with high accuracy.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and accurately execute layout schematics, blueprints, and installation instructions.
  • Tool & Safety Mastery: Safely and effectively operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
  • Client & Team Collaboration: Partner with project managers and communicate professionally with the production team to ensure timely, high-quality completions.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot on-site installation challenges quickly and adapt techniques to fit unique space specifications.
  • Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in cabinetry installation, trim carpentry, or custom finish carpentry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard hand/power tools, ladders, and construction equipment.
  • Blueprints: Confident ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle heavy lifting, stand for long periods, and work comfortably in tight spaces or at heights.
  • Detail-Oriented Mindset: Strong commitment to quality craftsmanship and a "measure twice, cut once" philosophy.
  • Logistics: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required to operate company fleet vehicles).

Physical Demand:
