$90,000 + Bonuses Based on Experience


Responsibilities:
  • Recruit & Nurture Potential Agents and assist in onboarding them and acquainting them with our team and systems and processes.
  • Lead and inspire a team of real estate agents to achieve and surpass sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals and market trends, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance agents' skills, focusing on prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new agents, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate effective communication between agents and management, ensuring a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Coordinate lead distribution to maximize conversion rates, ensuring every opportunity is pursued with diligence and enthusiasm.
