Parking attendants are professionals responsible for managing and overseeing parking facilities, such as lots, garages, or designated areas. Their duties often include directing vehicles, collecting fees, issuing tickets, monitoring security, and ensuring the efficient use of available parking spaces. Many parking operations provide training in customer service and conflict resolution to help attendants succeed. Additionally, teamwork and clear communication with security or management can help resolve any issues quickly and maintain a smooth parking experience.
