Summary/Objective:

The Valet Parking Attendant at Parking Veterans plays a vital role in our team, providing exceptional valet parking services primarily for VA hospital patients. Ideal candidates will exhibit outstanding customer service skills, maintain a professional appearance, and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (maximum of 1 point and no DUI). Experience with both manual and automatic transmissions is required, along with effective communication skills in English and a collaborative attitude towards team members. Attendants should have reliable transportation to and from designated work sites, be available for weekday shifts, and U.S. military experience is preferred (veteran hiring preference). This position involves various tasks, including greeting and assisting customers, inspecting vehicles, issuing claim tickets, parking and retrieving customer vehicles, and setting up and putting away valet podiums and signs. We offer both full and part-time status in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet customers upon their arrival to drop-off or pick-up their vehicles

  • Conduct vehicle inspections and document any existing damage

  • Store equipment

  • Issue claim tickets to customers accurately

  • Assist customers with getting in and out of their vehicles

  • Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles from nearby parking lots
