Account Manager - Parking Operations - Hotels

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Commensurate with Experience

Work Modality: On location

Schedule: Full-time

Location: Washington, DC

Must Have: Hospitality and Parking Management excperience

Ideal Experience:

  • This position is responsible for all aspects of the parking operation on a hotel property, including valet, self-parking, and shuttle fleet management, as well as overseeing your on-site team. The ideal candidate will have previous hospitality or hotel operations experience, with parking or valet industry experience also being a top asset.
  • Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight in a guest-facing environment
  • Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree with a concentration in business or hospitality management is helpful but not required.

As Account Manager, you will:

  • Develop and train supervisors and line-level valet, shuttle, and self-parking staff.
  • Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage — including around hotel events, banquets, and peak arrival/departure windows — while minimizing expenses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel leadership (GM, front office, and events teams) and attend regular client meetings.
  • Assist supervisors in handling guest complaints and day-to-day operational issues, in step with the hotel's own service standards.
  • Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports.
  • Oversee the customer service program to ensure guest satisfaction aligns with the hotel brand's expectations.
  • Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals.
  • Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our hotel client.
  • Respond to operational issues when needed (at times, after normal business hours, including during hotel events).
  • Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both our organization and our hotel partner.
