Position Summary

As a Parking Supervisor, you will oversee evening operations at our parking facility, ensuring efficient traffic flow, maintaining safety and security standards, and leading a team committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication skills, operational awareness, and a passion for customer service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support daily parking operations to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient environment.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate parking attendants and frontline team members.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a professional manner.
  • Monitor facility operations, traffic flow, and parking capacity to maximize efficiency.
  • Enforce company policies and parking regulations while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Assist with shuttle operations and coordinate transportation services as needed.
  • Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and maintain proper accountability procedures.
  • Complete operational reports, incident documentation, and other administrative tasks.
  • Conduct facility inspections and report maintenance, safety, or security concerns promptly.
  • Promote and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the on-duty leader, responding effectively to guest, employee, and operational needs.
