**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate **LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)** to join our dedicated care team at Park View. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, and helping our residents achieve their optimum level of health, physical function, and independence.

**Responsibilities:**
