JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, etc. to meet quality standards
Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, vacuums, sweeps and mops floors
Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash
Maintains efficient communication on two-way radio to ensure that tasks are prioritized.
Maintains lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area to assure they are clean, neat and free of all rubbish and debris.
Cleans and maintains public restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion to provide fresh and attractive facilities for guests. Restrooms must also be checked on once an hour to assure they remain neat and clean.
Removes spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures and cleans ashtrays
Delivers items to rooms upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed.
Perform various other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum of High School education
Minimum of one (1) year in Housekeeping role

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
