Job description

Valet - Part-Time, Year-Round
The Opportunity
Oak Hill Country Club is one of the nation's premier private clubs, known for world-class hospitality, championship golf, and exceptional member experiences. We are seeking a Valet to join our team and help create a warm, polished first and last impression for our members and guests.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional service, enjoys working in a professional hospitality environment, and understands the importance of being trustworthy, dependable, and attentive to detail.
Previous country club, private club, hotel, restaurant, or luxury hospitality experience is a strong plus.
Position Details
Status: Part-Time, Year-Round
Compensation: $16.00/hour + Tips
Schedule: Approximately 3 shifts per week, primarily evenings
  • Saturday: 5:00 PM - Close
  • Sunday: Variable schedule based on Club events
  • One additional evening per week, typically Thursday: 5:00 PM - Close
  • Schedule may vary based on Club operations and events
What You'll Do
• Provide a warm, professional valet experience by greeting members and guests, assisting with doors and belongings, and providing directions or information about Club events and facilities.
• Safely and efficiently park and retrieve vehicles while handling keys, luggage, golf clubs, and personal belongings with care and discretion.
• Follow all Club procedures for vehicle security and key control, and immediately report any vehicle damage, accidents, or incidents to management.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming arrival area while assisting with traffic flow and vendor deliveries as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the Front Office, Lodging, and other Club departments to provide a seamless member and guest experience.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and represent Oak Hill with warmth, discretion, reliability, and a commitment to exceptional service.
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Trustworthy and dependable: You understand that members and guests are entrusting you with their vehicles and personal belongings.
• Previous valet, country club, private club, hotel, restaurant, or luxury hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Comfortable operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles, if applicable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to excellent service.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and remaining active for extended periods.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain positive, professional relationships with members, guests, and fellow team members.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
