Job Functions:
  • Ensuring the outlet has the requisite amounts of pastries, "Grab 'N' Go" items, hot food, serving supplies or other required items in order to properly serve our guests.
  • Helps maintain the organization and cleanliness of the outlet and stations.
  • Fill all coolers in the outlet and storage areas as orders come in.
  • Fill all ice bins prior to opening and during the duration of the shift.
  • Fill, stock garnishes based on daily expectations of business levels.
  • Fill, stock, maintain cleanliness of coffee condiment counter to include PC's and dairy products.
  • Flush/fill coffee machines
  • Responsible for keeping counter tops, dining tables and work areas clean and functioning.
  • Must be willing to work all shifts including overnights.
  • May assist in the preparation of drink orders as required.
  • Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job.
  • Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintains floors, trash both on Baristas line and customer areas.
  • Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies and Procedures.
  • Complies with all departmental rules, side-work assignments, and departmental procedures.
  • Performs all other duties specified or assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • Prior F&B experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift at least twenty (30) pounds at one time and grip necessary items (glasses, garnishments, money, etc.)
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, stoop, and twist.
  • Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members.
  • Must attend and pass Responsible Alcohol Training; must adhere to cut-off procedures
  • Ability to communicate with Team members and guests
  • Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process and maintain all licensing requirements
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
