Position: Elementary Secretary/Treasurer
8 hours a day/ 40 weeks




Hourly Pay Range: 


Supervisor:  Principal
Primary Responsibility: Assist Principal, Students, Staff and Visitors
                                         Maintain Extracurricular Accounts
Duties Include:
 







  1. Answer Telephone
  2. Greet and Assist Students, Staff and Visitors
  3. Prepare and Maintain School Calendar, Weekly Calendar, and Monthly Newsletter
  4. Utilize PowerSchool, Raptor Technology, ParentSquare, Canva, and Smart Site Website
  5. Schedule Facility Use
  6. Prepare Classified Employee Payroll Report on Daily & Weekly basis (K-Time Sys)
  7. Daily verification of Certified Absence & Subs thru Region 8
  8. Reconcile Daily/Weekly Certified Employee Absence Reports
  9. Schedule Classified Substitutes
  10. Submit Study Trips & other duties associated with trip and chaperons
  11. Order Consumable and Instructional Supplies
  12. Coordinate Requests to Purchase and Purchase Orders
  13. Make Daily Bank Deposits
  14. Reconcile Extracurricular Accounts with Komputrol
  15. Maintain Accounts Payable
  16. Maintain MBA Fees Program Coordinating Device Protection Plans & Repairs
  17. Prepare Year-End Reports for Extracurricular Accounts
  18. Prepare Monthly & Yearly Gateway Reports
  19. Follow All State Board of Accounts Rules and Regulations with ECA
  20. Other duties as assigned
