Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is currently searching for a remarkable Kitchen Steward for the Le Parc at Melrose, in West Hollywood, CA.


About the Role:

As a Kitchen Steward at Le Parc in West Hollywood, CA, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall guest experience by supporting the culinary team with timely cleaning and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. You will be responsible for adhering to health and safety standards, ensuring that all kitchen areas meet regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role requires a proactive approach to managing waste, restocking supplies, and assisting with general kitchen maintenance tasks. Ultimately, your work will help create a safe, clean, and efficient environment that allows the kitchen team to focus on delivering exceptional food and service to our guests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen steward or similar role preferred but not required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Basic understanding of sanitation and safety standards in a commercial kitchen environment.
  • Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality.
