Painters Needed ASAP - Epic Universe

Location: Orlando, FL 32819
Pay: $18-$23/hr


Schedule:

  • Overnight Shift
  • 9:30 PM - 7:00 AM
  • Monday - Thursday
  • Project-Based


Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion
  • Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications to accurately match colors and finishes according to project requirements
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely for surface repairs, fixture installation, or structural painting tasks
  • Conduct surface inspections for quality control, ensuring smooth finishes and consistent color application through visual color comparison


Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction painting across residential, commercial, or industrial settings with a strong understanding of construction site safety protocols
  • Skilled in using hand tools, rollers, brushes, and power tools efficiently and safely
  • Familiarity with surface preparation techniques such as sanding, caulking, and coating application methods
  • Ability to work at heights using ladders safely while maintaining balance and precision during painting tasks
  • Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating paint quantities accurately
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and project managers
  • Valid construction site experience with a focus on renovation or remodeling projects is preferred
