Your Role
- Provide in-home supervised visitation and parenting education to familiesย โข Serve as a liaison between families and mental health professionals, ensuringย coordinated and consistent care
- Act as a parent aide, offering guidance, support, and skill-buildingย โข Conduct drug screens in accordance with program requirements
- Provide transportation for children and adolescents to appointments, visits, andย services
- Advocate for children and families, which may include:
- Writing reports
- Attending court hearings, school meetings, panel reviews, and case conferencesย
- Connect families to community resources and supportive services
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation, including:ย
- Progress notes, updated service plans/goals, and termination reportsย
- Submission of documentation within 72 hours of each visit orย cancelledย appointment
- Requesting additional service authorization as needed to prevent disruptionsย
What Weโre Looking Forย
- Bachelorโs degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field,ย with appropriate training or credentials
- 2+ years of experience as a Community Support Individual, Paraprofessional, orย Case Manager in homes, schools, or community settings
- Proven experience working with at-risk children, adolescents, and familiesย โข Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Cultural humility and the ability to work effectively with diverse populationsย โข Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Laptop, valid Georgia driverโs license, reliable vehicle, and ability to travel off-siteย โข Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusย
