To thrive as a Paramedic Plus, you need advanced emergency medical knowledge, rapid clinical assessment abilities, and typically certification as a paramedic along with any additional specialized credentials required by the employer. Familiarity with advanced life support (ALS) equipment, prehospital care protocols, and patient care reporting systems is crucial.
