Event Medical, Wildland Fire, Medical Classes and Emergency Services
We are looking for experienced paramedics to join our transport team. You'll have an opportunity to provide ALS care during Interfacility Transports as well as 911 calls.

Role and Responsibilities:
The following list contains the daily operations and responsibilities of the Paramedic position.
โ€ข Attend morning safety meetings
โ€ข Daily readiness checks and addresses issues with transport equipment and supplies
โ€ข Provide advanced emergency services during transport
โ€ข Coordinate and communicate with medical facilities and Dispatch
โ€ข Administer medications and use specialized medical equipment
โ€ข Monitor and assess the patient's condition throughout the Transport
โ€ข Perform life-saving interventions when necessary
โ€ข Document all care provided during transport for medical records
โ€ข Participate in ongoing training and simulation exercises
โ€ข Ensure medical equipment and supplies are well-maintained and stocked
โ€ข Assist in patient loading and unloading with safety always priority
โ€ข Work closely with EMT's and fellow Paramedics to ensure the overall safety of the mission
โ€ข Community partner outreach
โ€ข Shared administrative duties
โ€ข Assisting with onboarding and training new hires
โ€ข Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and partners
Paramedic Care Qualifications and Skills:
โ€ข Previous experience in air medical or critical care transport
โ€ข Certifications compliant with current Washington state for Paramedic Level Care
โ€ข Skills in crisis resource management, and ability to intervene in stressful situations
โ€ข Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
โ€ข Familiarity with ambulance transport, medical equipment and protocols
โ€ข Physical fitness to manage the demands of the job
โ€ข Preferred 3-5 years' experience in emergency medical services
โ€ข Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
โ€ข Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
โ€ข Ability to work irregular hours and in various weather conditions
โ€ข Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
โ€ข Capability to work in challenging environments and mitigate possible austere medical situations
