Own Case Progress and Client Experience in a High-Impact Legal Role
Renier Hotopp Law Offices is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support attorneys in managing family law cases from start to finish. This on-site role is central to ensuring cases move forward efficiently, deadlines are met, and clients receive consistent, high-quality communication.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a professional who can operate with minimal oversight, produce accurate legal work, and confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
Performance Expectations
  • Maintain strong client communication with timely responses and no gaps in follow-up
  • Meet or exceed billable and productivity targets
  • Deliver highly accurate work with minimal corrections required
  • Ensure all court filings are error-free and submitted on time
