Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support legal operations. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to complex litigation matters by preparing case materials, organizing documentation, and assisting attorneys with daily legal support tasks. The ideal candidate brings strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, format, and revise legal documents, correspondence, and case-related materials with a high degree of accuracy.
• Support attorneys handling complex litigation by maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing key records.
• Conduct document review and assist with compiling exhibits, discovery responses, and other litigation support materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams, outside counsel, courts, and third parties to gather information and keep matters moving forward.
• Manage calendars, monitor important dates, and help ensure filings and deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain well-organized electronic and physical records to support efficient access to legal information.
• Assist with research and fact gathering to support case strategy and legal proceedings.• Experience working as a Paralegal in a legal environment supporting litigation matters.
• Background in complex litigation with the ability to manage detailed case information effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, including document formatting and revision.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple assignments under deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with legal teams and external contacts.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in legal documentation.
