Position Summary๐Ÿ“’:

Prominent & highly respected LA-based full-service law practice (100+ lawyers) is seeking an experienced Real Estate Transactions Paralegal to join their nationally recognized Real Estate Group in their long-standing Century City office (90067).


Reliable and consistent in-office attendance is required. All staff are expected to follow the firmโ€™s 3/2 hybrid work policy.


Key Duties & Responsibilities๐Ÿ—:

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions for a diverse client base that includes office, retail, and industrial landlords and tenants, institutional and individual investors, regional banks, commercial and residential brokerage firms, REITs, construction companies, and government agencies.


The ideal candidate is collaborative, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.


Background/Requirements๐Ÿ’ก:

  • Minimum of 5 years of substantive commercial real estate paralegal experience.
  • Prior law firm experience is REQUIRED.
  • Significant experience with commercial purchase and sale transactions and commercial leasing.
  • Experience with commercial lending transactions is a plus.
  • Strong title review experience, including the ability to independently manage the title process from commitment through policy issuance and prepare and respond to title objection letters.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing and managing closing checklists and tracking transaction deliverables through closing.
  • Experience drafting routine correspondence, transmittal letters, and first drafts of standard transactional documents from approved templates.
  • Experience forming limited liability companies (LLCs), limited partnerships (LPs), and corporations in connection with real estate transactions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.


Salary๐Ÿ’ฐ/Compensation/Benefits:

Yearly salary is up to 140K ~ DOQ including a and a comprehensive and robust health benefits package, generous PTO, hybrid 3/2 work model, annual salary reviews/increases and lucrative bonuses, and many other notable employee-centered perks, etc.
