Job description

Support CenterIf you are a current Adventist HealthCare employee, please click this link to apply through your Workday account.Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Par Excellence Optimization Support for the Supply Chain team who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As a Par Excellence Optimization Support, you will:
Perform scale calibration and weight validation for Par Excellence weighted bin systems
Validate and recalibrate bins and PAR levels in collaboration with Materials Management
Support item configuration updates under Supply Informatics governance
Assist with unit-by-unit optimization, go-live support, and stabilization
Troubleshoot Par Excellence issues with IT and vendor support; document standard work
Perform other duties as assigned to support the mailroom and copy center
Qualifications include:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow defined processes and document work accurately
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Comfort working in clinical and supply environments
Basic technical troubleshooting skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience with Par Excellence or similar inventory management systems preferred
Experience in healthcare materials management or supply chain environments preferred

Work Schedule:

Standard Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Schedule may flex slightly based on operational needs.

No weekends required

Multi-site role (travel required)

Temporary role: Up to 12 months (with potential for extension or early completion based on project needs)

Pay Range:

$47,090.87 - $63,710.40

If the salary range is not displayed or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:
