Job description

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. 


The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing various Concessions bars, stands and portable food & beverage locations. The Concessions Supervisor must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The Concessions Supervisor will assist the Concessions Managers and the rest of the OVG leadership team with projects including training, inventory, and special events. The Concessions Supervisor must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

This role pays an hourly rate of $23.00 to $26.00.

Allegiant Stadium is the technologically advanced stadium that is the home of the Las Vegas Raiders NFL team and hosts world-class entertainment, including concerts and special sporting events.


  • Set-up of all concession locations prior to the start of the event, which includes verifying opening inventory, assigning duties to concession workers (employee/volunteer), ensuring sanitation standards are met, and checking food and beverage production meets projected event needs.
  • Requisitions and stocks all food and beverage products and supplies needed for assigned locations.
  • Train and coach new & current employees on standard operation procedures in the concessions area.
  • Provide back-up to any open position to ensure the concession location is fully operational.
  • Ensures that company standards pertaining to speed of service and guest satisfaction are met.
  • Ensure the work environment is safe and free from harassment or discrimination; immediately address all safety concerns, potential hazards, accidents, or incidents.
  • Relays safety/health issues to management immediately.
  • Provide ongoing constructive feedback to concessions staff and volunteers.
  • Adhere to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained, escalating to management or security when needed.
  • Responsible for assisting guests with their concessions transactions via our Point of Sales system.
  • Lock up and store all beverage products, food, and equipment items and perform all closing duties at the end of the shift.
  • Enforces all company policies and procedures.
  • Assists the management team with projects including training, inventory, and special events. Perform other duties as assigned.

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a supervisory capacity in a food & beverage environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
  • Required to possess or obtain a valid Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Safety Card, Tam Alcohol Awareness Card or equivalent certification, and non-gaming work permit (Sheriff’s Card)
  • Ability to accurately handle register and revenue collections through a POS system is required.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, inclusive of weekends, nights, and holidays as required.
  • Shifts can have a duration of up to 10 hours as needed.
