Job description

Oak View Group (OVG) is the global leader in premium live entertainment infrastructure and services, with a platform spanning venue development and end-to-end capabilities across venue management, hospitality, and sponsorship sales. Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents. 


The Premium Runner is responsible for the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. The Runner must be personable, professional, adaptable, and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. Suites Runners support the Premium Services team by assisting with food and beverage delivery, and restocking that keep suite service running efficiently. This role is essential to ensuring Premium Suite Attendants and Captains are set up for success during events.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 and is tip eligible.

Inter&Co Stadium is a premier sports venue located in the heart of downtown Orlando. The stadium proudly serves as the home of Orlando City SC, Orlando Pride, and adding in a UFL expansion team this season—the Orlando Storm.

 
Inter&Co Stadium features 32 premium suites and 8 unique premium hospitality spaces, each designed to deliver elevated food, beverage, and service experiences on matchdays and special events. Throughout the season, we host thousands of guests across professional soccer, football, all supported by a fast-paced, hospitality-driven team.

  • Set up of suite and catering service in according with specific Banquet Event Orders
  • Delivers food and beverage to guests during Events
  • Communicates food orders and/or replenishment needs to the kitchen and ensures product gets to the necessary space(s) in a timely manner.
  • Maintains appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during event
  • Breaks down and cleans food service areas and equipment post event; returns equipment to proper storage area
  • Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests’ needs
  • Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
  • Adheres to OVG safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
  • Ensures security of company assets
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager or supervisor

  • Willing to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a server in or food service role preferred
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
  • Must be able to obtain a food safety certification
  • Requires constant standing and walking
  • Requires frequent lifting of heavy objects
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
