Job Summary:
Pappas Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site support for computer hardware and data cabling issues. The role involves repairing or replacing faulty hardware, maintaining the hardware depot, and preparing new hardware for deployment while also requiring after-hours availability and some travel.
Responsibilities:
• Provides on-site support for computer hardware, peripheral, and data cabling issues.
• Repairs computer equipment at the depot facility.
• Tracks warranty information on hardware.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs
Qualifications:
Required:
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interdepartmental and customer interactions.
• Ability to multi-task with good organizational, project management skills, and work well under pressure.
Preferred:
• 2-5 Years experience
• CompTIA A+
