In this role, youโ€™ll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. Youโ€™ll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing patientsโ€˜ medical history
  • Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
  • Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
  • Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patientsโ€™ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
  • Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed
Qualifications:
  • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island
