Overview
Earn $80K-$100K + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus - With Training, Career Development & a Strong Clinical Team. We are open to considering visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.
At Pappas OPT in Warwick, Rhode Island, a member of the Confluent Health Family, physical therapists practice in an environment built for high quality care, professional growth, and sustainable careers. We support clinicians with innovative tools, strong mentorship, and clear development pathways.
In this role, you'll evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing patients' medical history
  • Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
  • Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes
  • Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
  • Recording patient progress andmodifyingthe plan of care as needed
Qualifications
  • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island
