In this role, you'll be responsible for driving maintenance excellence and ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations. Your core responsibilities include:
  • Championing safety performance and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborating with Safety, Environmental, Operations, and Reliability leaders to maintain operational excellence.
  • Keeping equipment bills of material current and reviewing parts for inventory optimization.
  • Developing task lists and standard work procedures for new and existing equipment.
  • Maximizing wrench time through effective planning and work assignment.
  • Assigning and redirecting work to the maintenance workforce.
