The Assistant Operator - Paper Bag Machine plays a crucial role in the efficient and safe operation of paper bag manufacturing equipment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality control. The Assistant Operator should have a solid understanding of machine operation, production processes, and packaging and labeling procedures, working collaboratively within a team to meet production targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the setup and operation of paper bag machines, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Monitor the production line, identifying and addressing any operational issues.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting, utilizing hand tools as needed.
  • Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Assist with packaging and labeling of finished products, maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, practicing proper housekeeping procedures.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and deadlines, demonstrating effective teamwork.
  • Utilize forklift truck for material handling and warehousing tasks, as required.
