Job description

Renaissance Fireworks Inc., a Minnesota-owned and operated company with over 20 years of experience, is hiring motivated two-person crews to operate fireworks tents during America’s 250th anniversary celebration in 2026.

Position:
Seasonal two-person crews are needed to operate high-volume fireworks tents at multiple locations across the Twin Cities metro and surrounding areas from June 20 through July 5, 2026. This fast-paced, fun, and highly lucrative short-term contract is ideal for teachers, non-profits, or driven individuals seeking substantial earnings in just two weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and manage a busy fireworks tent with enthusiastic customer service
  • Drive sales of Minnesota-legal fireworks
  • Maintain safety, organization, and nightly inventory security
  • Work full days (including day and night shifts) for the entire period

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation and cell phone with mobile hot-spot
  • Outgoing personality and strong sales/customer service skills
  • Full commitment to all dates, including weekends and July 4th
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs (display and secure fireworks each day)
  • Must be 18+ (prior sales experience preferred)

Compensation:
Earn a percentage of total tent sales. Top-performing crews can realistically make $2,000 – $5,000+ per crew over the two-week period.
