Sr. Project Manager – Glass & Panel Systems

Position Summary

A well established organization is seeking a Senior Panel Project Manager to lead panel focused projects from award through completion, as well as glass projects. This role is responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, and coordination across internal teams and external partners while ensuring project requirements and quality expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage panel and glass projects through all phases of execution
  • Coordinate project scope, scheduling, sequencing, and delivery milestones
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project related communication
  • Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance of assigned projects
  • Manage submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change documentation
  • Coordinate with fabrication and field teams to support production and installation activities
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards

Experience and Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management experience within the glazing or architectural building envelope industry
  • Direct experience managing panel based projects
  • Strong understanding of fabrication, sequencing, and installation coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
  • Eligible to work in the United States
