The Electrical Control Panel Assembler will be building, testing electrical panels for large water systems.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Capable of wiring electrical control enclosures.

Follow work instructions and engineering drawings.

Maintain assigned area per 5S guidelines.

Assist in production as needed.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor or Managers.

Interaction With Other Departments:

Engineering and Stockroom departments. 

Experience: 3-5 plus years of related industry experience.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma required.

Experience: 3-5 plus years of related industry experience.

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

Must be able to lift 40 pounds and must not be allergic to the smell of paint.

Must be able to work overtime, including Saturdays.

Must have good English skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Electro-Mechanical with pneumatics, hydraulics, AC/DC motor control, PLC's, VFD's, Pump Systems and Allen-Bradley Control platforms is a plus.

Industrial water treatment operational experience is a plus.

ADA Requirements:

Average Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 40 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Incumbents may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, vibrations, fumes, odors, dusts, gases, poor ventilation, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, intense noises, and travel.

  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.

Work in temperatures above 100 degrees and the noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.

Repetitively bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching; walking on slippery or uneven surfaces and climbing ladders and working off elevated surfaces during shift.

Compliance with company attendance standard. Work hours may vary during peak production cycles.
