Researchers in this field explore pain management, symptom control, psychosocial support, and healthcare delivery models. They may work in universities, hospitals, or research institutions, conducting clinical trials, analyzing patient outcomes, and developing evidence-based practices. This role often involves collaboration with healthcare providers, policymakers, and patients to enhance palliative care services.
