A Day in Your Life at MKS:

MKS Instruments is seeking an exceptional Pricing Manager to join the team. In this position, you'll partner with regional General Metal Finishing and Electronics sales management to coordinate periodic price increase initiatives. Additionally this role interfaces with Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to supervise, maintain sales processes.

You Will Make an Impact By:

  • Coordinate periodic mass (or customer specific) price increases with regional sales management, including customer notifications and uploading finalized pricing to SAP ERP system.
  • Prepare and present price increase updates to regional management and to global counterparts. Report month-to-date tariff adder recovery to central Finance.
  • Maintain and update periodic direct customer price books including book prices, distributor discounts, lead times, supply strategies, and other product-related information.

  • Request monthly palladium product orders from customers. Review inventory and open orders and determine monthly quantity of palladium raw to order.
  • Coordinate Bosch customer orders, including setting LAT pricing.
  • Calculate quarterly customer rebates and reconcile internally with Finance.
  • Review and/or approve return goods authorizations (RGAs) according to Regulation of Authority (ROA).
  • Oversee sales processes and update as necessary. Backup when necessary (Free of Charge review and processing, Requests for Quotation, monthly product adders).
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned or associated with the responsibility of the position.

Skills You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 10 years experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office Excel and SAP ERP skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication with internal and external customers
  • Supervisory experience preferred

This role is onsite at our facility in Rock Hill, SC.
