Job description

The Butler is a key element in a team of professionals striving to deliver a level of personalized service that exceeds not only the expectation of the guest but will add a point of difference from the service provided anywhere else within the hotel/spa/resort.

Help us roll out the red carpet at Caesars Palace!  This world renowned resort indulges our guests with 25 unique restaurants and cafes, over 3,000 rooms, 4.5 acres of pools and gardens and a 50,000 square foot spa.  If you have a passion for delivering personalized service in an exclusive setting, Caesars Palace is the place for you to start your career.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older   

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese, Japanese, Arabic or Spanish 
  • Alcohol Awareness Card (TAM)
  • Food Handler's Safety Training Card (Health Card)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess a strong charismatic personality 

  • Strong understanding of food, wine, champagne and associated service standards 

  • Possess an understanding of high-end customers and international etiquette 

  • Previous fine dining experience 

  • Flexibility and willingness to do whatever is necessary to provide the desired level of service 

  • The position of Butler provides a very personal, detailed, seamless service to guests. A Butler will take care of guests' needs in a highly professional manner.

  • The Butler will take gentle care of all their guests from arrival until departure without imposing themselves on the guest. The Butler will be seen by the guests in response to all the guests' needs and requests.

  • Attention to detail required and ability to anticipate the needs of guests' demand 

  • The Butler is a consummate hotel professional with impeccable standards. Butlers will not accept anything less than the best available presentation of the suites/rooms and public areas on the floors.
