Job description

  • Collaborate with our sales team to determine the client's hiring needs.
  • Help develop a strategy utilizing various sourcing methods to identify niche-skilled candidates that meet expectations. 
  • Qualify candidates through an intensive internal process before presenting the candidate to external clients; this includes phone, in-person, and virtual screenings.
  • Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best present open positions. 
  • Present as a 'career coach' to assist in any and all ways for candidates throughout hiring.
  • Provide extensive support throughout the onboarding and post-placement process. 
  • Consistently hit weekly and monthly metric expectations of outreach, screenings, placements, and more. 
  • Collaborate with your team to share best practices and ensure accurate documentation in CRM and ATS systems. 
  • Create your own book of business with an extensive number of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred. 
  • 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in sales, customer service, or client-facing. 
  • Highly driven, competitive work ethic with a strong ambition to achieve success.
  • Excellent communication abilities with a natural talent for building meaningful relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset paired with a passion for continuous learning and development.
